After the validation and paiement of your order, we send you a confirmation email with the recap of your order and all the informations necessary to your trip.
ACCESS YOUR ORDER AND FIND THE DETAIL OF YOUR TRIPS
You wish to find the detail of one of your trips ?
You have an account :
Connect yourself to your customer area and go to the « My trip » section. You will find there the history and detail of your past and future trips.
You don’t have an account :
Click on the link « My trips » in the top right menu and select the « I don’t have an account » option. Enter your email and order number (your order number can be found in the order confirmation email sent after the validation of your order at the email adress you gave).
MODIFY AND/OR CANCEL YOUR TRIPS DIRECTLY ONLINE
Go to the « My trips » section in the top right menu.
Warning : the modification and cancellation can only be made online. Please ensure you check the modification/cancellation conditions of your trip.
